IT Project Owner

About the role

• Overseeing IT project scope/quality, budget/actual costs, timeline, issues, risks, assumptions, dependencies and planning/estimating/tracking of resources.
• Project Kick-Off. Work closely with stakeholders, facilitate business and functional requirements definition, translate project goals, the scope of work, budget, timeline, and prioritize requirements.
• Task Management. Ensure that the team understands the tasks associated with the project, when they need to be accomplished, level of effort and set task priority.
• Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of projects within a set budget, schedule and scope.

What we expect from you

• Smart, motivated and eager to learn with great communication skills.
• Teamwork skills and result-oriented attitute.
• 3+ years experience of successfully working in the field of IT project management.
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.
• Have higher education.
• Knowing about Scrum.
• Nice to have - Project Management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL.
• Experience in managing cross-functional IT teams.
